The GPSSB Recruitment 2016 Notification has been released on official website at www.panchayat.gujarat.gov.in for various posts. The District Panchayat Department is calling up Online Application from 12th Class and Graduate Degree passed candidates to fill up many vacancies in various districts of Gujarat State in 2016-2017.

The Government of Gujarat wants to recruit young and educated applicants as Junior Clerk, Talati cum Mantri, Female Health Worker, Multi Purpose Health Worker and Gram Sevak in 34 District Panchayat. The interested and eligible candidates can apply online for GPSSB Talati cum Mantri and Junior Clerk Recruitment 2016 via official web portal at ojas.gujarat.gov.in. Relaxation in Upper Age Limit will be applicable to Reserved Categories candidates as per Government of Gujarat Rules.

Educational Qualification:

The candidate must have knowledge of Computer Operating and ability to write, speak and understand Gujarati and/or Hindi Language.

In addition to above, the candidate must have qualifications as follows_

Junior Clerk and Talati cum Mantri

10+2 (Higher Secondary Certificate) Exam or Equivalent from Secondary/Higher Secondary Education Board.

Multi Purpose Health Worker (MPHW)

10th Class (Secondary School Certificate) Exam or Equivalent from Secondary Education Board.Completed Basic Training Course of MPHW or Sanitary Inspector Exam from government recognized institution.

Female Health Worker (FHW)

10th Class (Secondary School Certificate) Exam or Equivalent from Secondary Education Board.Completed Basic Training Course of FHW or Auxiliary Nurse Midwife Course & Registration at Gujarat Nursing Council.

Gram Sevak

Two or Three Years Diploma in Agriculture OR Bachelor’s Degree in Rural Studies from a recognized university/institute.

Application Fee:

The SC, ST, SEBC, PH and Ex-Serviceman Categories need NOT to pay any Fee.

All other candidates have to pay Rs.100/- as Fee plus Rs.12/- Postal Charge.

The Application Exam Fee can be paid by Cash through Challan at any Computerized Post Office.

Process of Selection:

The candidate will be appointed on the basis of his/her performance in Written Exam. The District Panchayat Committee will prepare Merit List of Candidates to call up them for Document Verification based on their Written Test Marks.

Pay Scale:

For First Five Years of Service, the candidate will be paid Rs.7800/- Fixed Salary and Rs.2200/- Dearness Allowance i.e. Total Rs.10000/- per month.
